Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in delivering high-quality products, and your satisfaction is essential to us. As such, we accept returns in the case of a defective product. If, upon receiving your order, you find the item to be defective or damaged, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means that within 14 days after receiving your item, you can request a return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons related to customer preference or dissatisfaction with the product. Our return policy is limited to cases where the product is genuinely defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bonestcontact@bonestgattiwatches.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.

 

Damages and issues

We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure it is in pristine condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.

 

Exchanges

In case you wish to exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order, you may do so provided the product is in perfect condition with all its original packaging and components. You can exchange it for another product of equal, higher, or lower value. Our dedicated Customer Service team will be delighted to assist you in handling any price differences that may arise during the exchange process.
