EU Return & Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to customers located in the European Union and supplements our general Refund & Returns Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable national or EU law remain unaffected.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the final item in the order.

To exercise this right, email bonestgattiofficial@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires and clearly state your decision to withdraw. Include your order number.

Returning the Goods

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal. The correct return address and instructions will be provided by email. Do not send a parcel before receiving return authorization.

Direct Cost of Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that you were informed of this responsibility before purchase.

You may use a reliable, trackable carrier at your own cost. If you ask BONEST GATTI to provide or arrange an international return shipping label, the actual carrier charge, up to USD $80, may be deducted from your refund. This is a shipping charge and not a separate processing or restocking fee.

Condition and Diminished Value

You may handle the goods only as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to an inspection in a physical shop.

No restocking fee applies when an eligible item is returned complete and without diminished value. If inspection confirms that excessive handling caused wear, damage, missing parts, removed protective films, bracelet adjustment, or another actual loss in value, a deduction reflecting that loss may be made, up to 20% of the product price.

No diminished-value deduction applies when the product is confirmed to have arrived defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Refund

We will reimburse eligible payments using the original payment method within 14 days after being notified of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide acceptable evidence that they have been sent, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to clearly personalized or modified products and other legally excluded goods. This does not limit your statutory rights if a product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
