 EU Return & Withdrawal Policy (BONEST GATTI)
This policy applies to customers located in the European Union.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly by email or through our customer support before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn and unused 
In its original packaging 
With all protective films, tags, and accessories included 
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond normal handling.
3. Return Shipping Cost
For EU returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
A fixed return processing fee of USD $80 will be applied per order to cover logistics handling, inspection, and international return processing.
4. Deduction for Depreciation
If the returned product shows signs of use, wear, or any reduction in value, we may apply a deduction of up to 20% of the order value to reflect the diminished value of the item.
This deduction is assessed based on inspection upon return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. 
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Important Notes for EU Customers
The right of withdrawal applies only to unused items. 
Personalized or modified products are not eligible for return unless defective. 
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
