Shipping and Processing

BONEST GATTI ships internationally. Available destinations, shipping cost, and the current delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Free shipping is available to most supported countries. Orders are normally processed within 0–3 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard international delivery commonly takes approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by customs, local authorities, weather, or carrier delays.

DDP Shipping

If an eligible Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) route is available for your destination and you select it at checkout, you will not need to arrange customs clearance or pay import duties separately. DDP delivery commonly takes approximately 15–20 days.

For DDP shipments, last-mile tracking may remain inactive while customs clearance is in progress. Tracking normally begins after clearance is completed and the local carrier receives or activates the shipment.

Duties and Taxes

For shipping methods other than eligible DDP, import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address and Delivery Issues

Please confirm your address before checkout. Where permitted by law, actual costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address, refused delivery, failed customs clearance, or unpaid import charges may be deducted from a refund.
